At MHR Center, every patient is different and we will always estimate the cost of your procedure before a date is booked. Prices vary depending on a number of factors including the number of grafts required. We believe in quality service at an affordable price.

We at Manzanares Hair Restoration Center strives to keep fees as reasonable as possible especially for those patients who choose to handle full payment on the day of the procedure. Moreover, all forms of payment are accepted at MHR Center.

Most procedures are scheduled at least two weeks in advance. Some procedure appointments may be available on a standby basis. Consultation with Dr. Manzanares is required to determine the total cost of restoration.

You should inform us first if you want to pay online as you will need an online confirmation of what payment scheme you should select according to your medical billing with us. After accepting such confirmation, you will then make secured online credit card transactions.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year work tenure with the current employer or at least three (3) months in business with savings account
• Minimum gross salary of Php 20,000 per month
• With home or office landline
• With credit card (any brand)

Requirements

• 2 x 2 picture
• Filled-out application form
• Two (2) valid IDs (company ID, passport, driver's license, etc.)
• Proof of billing
• Photocopy of latest BIR Form 2316
• One (1) month pay slip or latest bank statement (at least 3 months) if with business
