• What do I need to become an affiliate?
  It’s fast and easy. You don’t even need a website (although having your own website helps) to become our affiliate. All you need to do is to send visitors to our site via a special link called affiliate link. If he or she undergoes hair restoration with us through your affiliate link, you will get a mind-blowing 10% commission! • Can I participate if I live outside the Philippines?
  Yes. With few exceptions, site owners and anyone from almost any country can participate. Moreover, if you're currently MHR Center patient or had your hair restoration done with us, you can definitely also join this Affiliate Program.
  
  
• What is affiliate link?
  Affiliate link is a special URL where you should be sending the visitors. You will get the URLs for different banners in your affiliate panel after log in. You may use graphic and text links both online such as in your website, blogs, forum signatures, e-mails, etc. and offline such as personal referrals, classified ads, magazines,  newpapers, etc. For offline affiliate marketing, you will receive affiliate code from MHR Center after calling our main office in Ortigas Center, Philippines or through e-mail. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are approved by us first. When a web surfer clicks through your AFFILIATE link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your AFFILIATE username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your AFFILIATE name. When this person decides to have hair restoration with us, our systems will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the AFFILIATE who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your AFFILIATE link may make a hair restoration later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or the are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.
  


• How do I set up an account?
  Setting up an account is very easy and completely FREE. All you need to do is to go to the Signup Form page and fill it out completely. You will receive email with your password and other information after a review from our affiliate manager has been done. You will have your own control panel where you can see detailed statistics of traffic and sales you referred, news and training materials and choice of banners and text links. After that, you only need to place an affiliate link, banner, text link or other link in your website, signatures in your e-mail, or place ads in pay-per-click search engines so you can start sending patients to our website.


• How do I know I will be paid for my referral?
  The program is powered by Matrixmedia Philippines’ custom affiliate tracking software known as MatrixJunction Affiliate System^TM and backed-up by the industry standard Google Analytics and other proprietary software programs developed by the Matrixmedia Philippines. If your referral will set a hair restoration surgery with us, he will be obliged to make a Pre-Surgical Deposit online before any hair restoration procedure will be performed. After all the medical billings of your referral (which is immediately right after surgery) has been settled, you earn an amazing 10% commission! Our minimum procedure costs Php 50,000 (US$ 1,000) up to Php 400,000 (US$ 8,000) depending on the procedure your referral had session with us and also the discounts we have given to our patients. • How is the payment handled?
  Payment is given through Western Union Money Transfer. We do not support regular checks at the moment. Payments are issued in Philippine Peso for affiliates within the Philippines while US Dollar in International affiliates. Payment is given once a month. You will be notified via e-mail for this payment with the instructions on how you will get your commission payout. However, you will be paid monthly when your account reaches a minimum of $100. If your earnings are less than $100, the amount will be carried over for the next month.
