Shipping and Returns Policy

Payment Options
The quickest and secured way to pay for your order is by using your credit cards with our Mozcom Secured Online Credit Card Payment Solutions. We process ALL major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Network, Diners Club and JCB Cards. We also accept PayPal payments and Mozcom's PayEasy. All orders paid through credit card before 2:00 pm (Manila time, or +0800 GMT) from Monday to Friday are processed on the same day while orders received after these times are processed on the next business day. If your order was placed after 2:00 pm on a Friday, or on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, such order will be processed on the next business day. Orders paid by any other method other than credit card through Mozcom Solutions do not qualify for same day processing.

  • Western Union Money Transfers or MoneyGram Transfer - make payable to Manzanares Hair Restoration Center c/o Dr. Frank Manzanares, Jr.
  • Money Order - make payable to Manzanares Hair Restoration Center c/o Dr. Frank Manzanares, Jr. (orders will be processed the same business day once we received the Money Order)
  • Check - make payable to Manzanares Hair Restoration Center (orders will be shipped the next business day after the check clears on our bank)

  • For Money Order payments, all orders will be shipped out upon receipt of Money Order.
  • For Check payments, upon receipt of check, clearance from our bank is required, after clearance your orders will be shipped out immediately.

Shipping Policy
Orders/products are normally dispatched on the same day that they were processed. For orders/products to be delivered to an International destination, please allow us two (2) to seven (7) business days from process date for delivery.

Shipping rates depend on destination and amount of your order. The best way to determine the cost of shipping is to place the items you wish to purchase into your cart and start the checkout process. Before you finalize your order, you will be presented with the shipping options and charges for your order.

All orders are processed in our access controlled warehouse by our highly trained staff to insure that your products arrive to your doorstep as quickly as possible. We take the utmost care to insure that all products are properly wrapped and sealed to prevent leakage or breakage.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 pm PST (M-F) will be processed same day in most cases, if there is a delay we will notify you of the reason for delay.
  • When calculating delivery times, bear in mind that the day of shipment does not count as business day in transit times. For example, if your package went out on Monday you will receive your order on Wednesday. We ship order Monday thru Friday. Orders placed before 2:00pm Pacific Monday-Friday will generally processed/shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm Pacific or on Saturday or Sunday will generally shipped the next business day.
  • If you need your order by a specific date, it is generally best to email us at patientcare AT manzanareshairrestoration DOT com to confirm the availability of stock and the best method of shipment to get your order on scheduled date.
  • For shipment within the Philippines, we authorized LBC Express while DHL/Airborne Express is authorized for International shipping. Note: MHR Center Online Store is not responsible for delays that are unavoidable like storms, earthquakes, flood, traffic accidents nor if the cause of the delays are negligence of the couriers we use. Our duty after the orders came out of our warehouses is to follow-up with the assigned courier and for perishable items, replacement of the actual order that has been delayed or damage.
  • MHR Center Online Store delivery to the Philippines are based on Philippine Standard Time and in Philippine business days. Next Day delivery means next business day. You may also call us at +63.2.706.1698 for request on delivery dates, adjustments and other concerns.


Tracking Your Packages
You may visit your Order History by logging-in in your account. Once logged-in, you have various options one of which is My Orders. Click the link "View the orders I have made" and you will be informed of your Order History. Order status is displayed among other order information. The rest of the Philippines are scheduled as per LBC Express is concerned while International deliveries are done with DHL/Airborne Express. For LBC and DHL, you will be notified of estimated days of deliveries based on your location. Please give us your correct location during your account creation with us for our couriers to deliver your packages correctly.

Undeliverable Packages
Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and at the discretion of MHR Center Online Store may not be eligible for a refund. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.



Refunds Policy
  1. If the order is canceled by the client 24 hours BEFORE the ship-out date, client will get refund of 50% of the total amount.
  2. If the order is canceled by the clients AFTER the orders have been shipped out, no refund will be made.
Merchandise Returns Policy
  1. If you receive a defective item and want to replace it with the same item, we will ship to you the replacement free of shipping charges, provided that said item is on stock. Please note that it takes us 2 to 5 business days to process replacement items once the returned items are received in our warehouse.
  2. Defective, incorrect products, or products damaged during shipment will be replaced immediately upon return of the damaged, defective or incorrect product with the exact identical or correct product. No credits will be applied to credit cards in this case. The only option is to receive the exact product that was ordered as replacement.
  3. To return your damaged or defective product, please send e-mail to storemanager@manzanareshairrestoration.com within 7 days (after 7 days no returns/exchange can be issued).
  4. MHR Center Online Store will pay for all appropriate shipping costs for damaged, defective or incorrect products that are returned. Method and type of shipping must be pre-approved by MHR Center Online Store.
  5. Missing items in orders should be reported immediately upon notification to MHR Center Online Store via e-mail to storemanager@manzanareshairrestoration.com by the customer, subject to product availability and investigation of the claim by MHR Center Online Store. MHR Center Online Store reserves the right to deny claims of missing items based on the results of our investigation.
  6. Missing items will be replaced with the identical item originally ordered with the cost of shipping to be provided by MHR Center Online Store. Under no circumstance will credits be applied to credit cards for missing items. Under no circumstances will we issue a cash or credit card refund. Choice of shipping method used to send any replacement or missing items will be at the discretion of MHR Center Online Store. In the case that product availability is an issue, at the discretion of MHR Center Online Store, a store credit for the missing items will be applied.
  7. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without e-mail notification and no replacements will be shipped without prior authorization of return. Any products returned that are described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. Any products returned as damaged or defective that are not actually damaged or defective will be returned to the customer at their full expense.
  8. All products must be returned in new, unused, resaleable condition. If a product has been opened or used in any way we apologized but it cannot be returned or exchange. At MHR Center Online Store's discretion, we may charge you a restocking fee to cover the cost of repackaging or returning the product to a saleable condition.
Packing and Sending Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
  1. Advise us of your returns by email at storemanager@manzanareshairrestoration.com. Please include the following information:
    • Date of original order
    • Order number
    • Item/s to be returned
    • Reason for returning the item
    • Action to be taken whether you would like a replacement (same item only).
  2. Pack the items along with the Delivery Receipt/Sales Invoice.
